Finnish cooking: Laskiaispulla

Laskiaispulla is a cake available in numerous Finnish food stores during the period of the Shrove Tuesday.
 It’s delicious cabbages filled with the marzipan, with the whipped cream and of a little jam. Laskiaispulla is then sprinkled with a little of sugar or with a few flaked almonds on the top, it depends on versions.
